Infinium - VS400 Infrared Vein Viewer
Precision Vein Imaging
The VS 400™ Vein Viewer utilizes near-infrared light projection technology to visualize subcutaneous veins in real time. Near-infrared light is absorbed by hemoglobin in the blood while surrounding tissue reflects the light, allowing the device to generate a clear projection of the patient’s vein pattern on the skin surface. The system operates without radiation and provides enhanced vein visibility to assist clinicians during vascular access procedures.
Designed for clinical environments, the VS 400™ supports applications such as peripheral IV insertion, blood draws, and catheter placement. The device projects vein patterns directly onto the patient’s skin to guide venipuncture and reduce the difficulty of locating veins in patients with challenging vascular anatomy. Compatible with standard medical workflows, the system enables healthcare professionals to identify vein structures quickly and accurately in real-time imaging conditions.
Features
Venipuncture
Enhances vein visibility to help healthcare professionals quickly and accurately locate suitable veins for venipuncture. Improves first-stick success rates while reducing patient discomfort during blood draws and IV insertions.
Vascular Procedures
Advanced imaging technology helps identify deeper veins that are difficult to detect with the naked eye. Ideal for supporting vascular assessments and assisting clinicians during procedures such as spider vein treatment.
Cosmetic Procedures
Precisely visualizes underlying veins to help practitioners avoid vascular structures during aesthetic treatments. Reduces the risk of bruising, swelling, and unintended migration of injected fluids.
Color & Size Tuning
The VS 400™ features 5 color modes and 3 projection size settings, allowing clinicians to adjust visualization for different skin tones, vein depths, and clinical environments.
